This was a 1000 sf project. Site was excavated. 2x4 forms were built with a pitch of 1/4 inch per foot. 4 inches of Blue stone was added and tamped at 2 inch increments. 6 x6 wire mesh was installed on chairs and concrete was poured with expansion joints every 15ft and control joints were cut every 10 ft.
